Aufgaben
- Lead financial controlling, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for the BU Fiber Composites
- Ensure financial transparency towards BU Management and the Board of Management
- Manage profitability and cash flow
- Coordinate the global BU finance community against defined targets
- Drive continuous improvement of forecasting, working capital, CAPEX, and OPEX processes
- Coordinate monthly performance reviews
- Provide focused KPI reporting to BU and local management
- Streamline reporting processes in collaboration with Corporate Functions
- Challenge business assumptions
- Translate financial and operational developments into actionable recommendations
- Ensure relevant risks are reflected in forecasts, plans, and management discussions
- Support investment and strategic decisions through business cases, scenario analyses, and risk assessments
- Steer relevant spend areas through analysis, target setting, initiative definition, and KPI tracking
- Lead strategic projects in the BU, including M&A and CAPEX projects
- Generate updated or new business strategies in alignment with Head of BU FC
