Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent professional experience valued.
- 8–12+ years progressive experience in strategic sourcing and category management, indirect, technical, or engineering procurement in complex, multinational environments (life sciences, healthcare, or electronics preferred).
- Expertise in global category strategies, capital/operational expenditure procurement, supplier relationship management, contract negotiations, and multi-region supplier governance.
- Analytical and commercial acumen: fluency in total cost of ownership modeling, spend analytics, should-cost analysis, advanced negotiation strategies, translating technical requirements into procurement solutions.
- Stakeholder management and influencing skills; ability to lead without formal authority in a matrixed global organization; present data-driven business cases to senior leadership.
- Understanding of compliance-intensive environments, Good Manufacturing Practice standards, and sustainable procurement practices (environmental, social, governance principles).
- Ability to engage with artificial intelligence tools and concepts for procurement decision-making.
- Business fluency in English required; proficiency in German, French, Mandarin, or other languages is an advantage.
