Anforderungen
- University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Engineering, Economics or comparable field
- Several years of experience in strategic procurement, category management or commercial management of professional services
- Proven track record in sourcing and negotiating consulting services, IT services, software development, engineering services, freelancers or similar service categories
- Experience in cross-functional project environments with strong stakeholder and supplier management capabilities
- Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills combined with structured and proactive working style
- Collaborative and solution-oriented mindset with ability to build trusted relationships across different functions and organizational levels
- Fluent German and English skills
- Experience with SAP, Coupa or comparable procurement systems is desirable
Aufgaben
- Develop and execute global category strategies for professional services
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, tenders, and commercial negotiations
- Partner with internal stakeholders to define and optimize service requirements
- Establish and manage qualified supplier pools and preferred partner models
- Develop procurement standards, governance processes, and contract templates
- Support commercial project management throughout the full service lifecycle
- Monitor category performance, identify savings, and provide KPI reporting
