- Vocational training as chemical laboratory technician or equivalent qualification
- Experience conducting chemical laboratory experiments
- Several years of practical laboratory experience
- Practical experience handling laboratory equipment

- Good understanding of documenting measurement results

Aufgaben
- Plan and conduct laboratory trials and experiments
- Document experimental procedures, measurement results, and evaluations
- Analyze experimental results, identify error causes, and support process optimization
- Operate, monitor, and maintain laboratory and experimental setups, and equipment
- Support activities in the pilot plant
- Work closely with research, development, and production teams
- Prepare samples for analytical activities
- Contribute to safety standards compliance and development
- Contribute ideas to improve laboratory and pilot plant workflows
