Aufgaben
- Develop and execute company strategy for commercialization
- Align technology, product development, sales, finance, compliance, legal, IP, and QM/regulatory with strategy
- Track functional progress against strategy
- Prepare medium-term plans and budgets for shareholders
- Complete the leadership team, especially in commercial functions
- Align the organization for market readiness and scaling
- Represent the company to investors, partners, and the public
- Update shareholders and the board on progress, opportunities, and risks
- Plan budgets and liquidity/runway with the CFO
- Manage invention disclosures and coordinate with patent counsel
- Develop concepts for collaborations and contract research
- Negotiate budgets for collaborations and contract research
- Develop contracts for collaborations and contract research
- Prepare public funding grant applications
- Manage obligations from funding notices/grant conditions
- Track and report project costs for public funding
- Submit drawdown requests for public funding
- Communicate with public funding bodies
- Manage general contracts
- Lead fundraising efforts with the CFO
- Manage HR functions
