Aufgaben
- Build and lead the Operational Solution Management Cluster
- Take end-to-end responsibility for strategic transformation projects
- Ensure delivery on scope, quality, budget, and timeline
- Lead cross-functional project teams through lateral leadership
- Manage a portfolio of transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop target operating models, roadmaps, and implementation strategies
- Drive stakeholder alignment and sustainable decision-making
- Drive long-term adoption of process and organizational changes
- Collaborate closely with ERP/SAP S/4HANA, PLM, and Enterprise Architecture programs
- Support senior management on the future business process landscape
