Aufgaben
- Advise teams on regulatory requirements for market entry
- Conduct regulatory assessments
- Support licensing analyses across jurisdictions
- Analyze regulatory requirements
- Assess impact on products, services, and processes
- Translate regulations into business requirements
- Partner with Product, Business, Operations, and Technology teams
- Embed regulatory requirements into product design, customer journeys, controls, and operating models
- Design, implement, and monitor governance, risk, and control processes
- Ensure sustainable implementation of regulatory requirements
- Act as a trusted interface between 1st and 2nd lines of defense
- Foster collaboration between local and group-wide stakeholders
- Support compliance technology initiatives
- Promote innovation, knowledge sharing, and best practices
