Aufgaben
- Engage in business development and acquisition
- Track project opportunities and gather intelligence
- Research background information for projects
- Liaise and network with donors, clients, partners, and experts
- Manage and coordinate acquisition processes
- Prepare Expressions of Interest, technical proposals, methodologies, and project references
- Identify and coordinate experts and consortium partners
- Support staff recruitment and fee negotiations
- Prepare financial proposals
- Organize and lead fact-finding missions to partner countries
- Manage international transport projects technically, administratively, and financially
- Coordinate and supervise transport projects across subsectors and thematic areas
- Review and prepare reports, deliverables, and project documentation
- Provide technical, administrative, and logistical support to project teams and experts
- Maintain regular communication with donors, clients, partners, and experts
- Contribute as an in-house technical expert to international transport projects
- Undertake short- and medium-term missions abroad
