Anforderungen
- Degree in law, business law, business administration, or industrial engineering, or commercial apprenticeship with relevant further training
- At least three years of professional experience in contract management, procurement, sales, or legal department
- Solid knowledge of German contract and commercial law (BGB, HGB)
- Fluent German and English, written and spoken
- Confident with MS Office, experience with SAP S/4HANA and CLM systems
- Experience in industrial or technical environment, or contract management certification (advantageous)
- Analytical problem-solving, good risk assessment, structured, careful, independent work approach
- Confident negotiation and clear, persuasive communication
- Enjoyment of cross-functional work, constructive perspective integration, pragmatic solution finding
Aufgaben
- Oversee contracts from review to termination
- Work closely with Procurement, Sales, Legal, Finance, and project teams
- Ensure transparency of contract risks, deadlines, and obligations
- Draft, review, and negotiate supply, framework, service, NDA, and license agreements
- Manage contract processes from approval to termination
- Maintain CLM system and update contract status and metrics
- Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual, financial, and legal risks
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, GDPR, and export controls
- Monitor compliance with agreed services, SLAs, prices, and warranties
- Handle contract deviations, amendments, and claims
- Develop and maintain contract templates, clause libraries, and negotiation guidelines
- Advise internal departments on contract questions
- Conduct training sessions on contract processes
- Coordinate with Legal and external law firms on complex matters
