Anforderungen
- University degree in law, economics, business studies, or procurement qualification with CIPS or equivalent
- Fluent English with proven drafting ability
- Fluency in French (strong asset)
- 5-10 years procurement experience (supplies/services, public tendering, contract management)
- Procurement experience in high technology systems (satellite, aerospace, engineering)
- International or national public procurement experience
- Independently draft and negotiate contract terms and conditions
- Understand complex technical and legal issues

- Develop practical solutions for process improvement
- Build support for change and contribute to successful implementation
- People management experience
- Experience with ERP System Materials Management module (ideally SAP)
- Experience in a multi-lingual environment (desirable)
- Proven experience in MS Office, particularly MS Word
- National of EUMETSAT Member States
Aufgaben
- Take contractual responsibility for contract preparation, negotiation, and management
- Manage competitive tenders and direct negotiations with single suppliers
- Ensure compliance with contractual, procurement, and financial rules
- Contribute to achieving best value for money
- Prepare contractual tender documentation
- Review contractual and technical tender documentation
- Oversee and manage procurement actions, including negotiations
- Manage contractual matters during execution, including amendments and options
- Support and participate in Tender Evaluation Boards
- Build and maintain constructive relationships with internal customers and stakeholders
- Act as a trusted procurement partner
- Facilitate engagement, communication, and problem-solving throughout the lifecycle
- Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement and contractual processes
- Support process optimisation, standardisation, and digitalisation initiatives
- Support organisational change initiatives to enhance efficiency, compliance, and quality
- Prepare and negotiate co-operation agreements with national and international partners
- Perform people management tasks
