Aufgaben
- Perform financial consolidation, reporting, and short-term forecasting for Zalando Payments
- Manage end-to-end controlling of overhead costs
- Own consolidation and reporting of financial performance
- Bring together P&L inputs for a complete financial view
- Drive the short-term rolling forecast process end-to-end
- Coordinate with Finance team members on P&L lines
- Consolidate expectations into an entity-level outlook
- Analyze financial performance and variances in depth
- Identify underlying business drivers
- Provide commentary to management and stakeholders
- Take end-to-end ownership of overhead controlling
- Manage month-end closing, accruals, and variance analysis
- Oversee forecasting and budgeting for cost centers
- Partner with cost center owners on financial performance
- Challenge assumptions and support budget management
- Investigate and reconcile financial data across systems
- Identify and resolve inconsistencies in financial data
- Develop and maintain financial controls and reconciliation mechanisms
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of reporting
- Continuously improve controlling and reporting processes
- Identify opportunities for standardization and automation
