Anforderungen
- Several years of Controlling experience, ideally in international/multi-brand environment
- Proven leadership experience, ability to build/develop high-performing teams
- Strong expertise in margin analysis and performance steering
- Experience with modern ERP and BI systems, driving change evidence
- Advanced analytical skills, complex datasets, digital FP&A, automated reporting, ideally AI-driven analytics
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to influence senior leadership
- Degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
Aufgaben
- Lead and develop a high-performing Controlling team
- Ensure strong link between team objectives and corporate strategy
- Own and develop financial controlling of product brands
- Provide margin transparency for product brands
- Conduct pricing analytics for product brands
- Analyze product profitability
- Perform financial performance reviews of Marketing activities
- Act as a strategic business partner to senior leadership
- Act as a strategic business partner to B2B and Marketplace teams
- Provide actionable insights to support profitable growth
- Support financial planning
- Support operational excellence
- Support the FP&A Director with budgeting
- Support the FP&A Director with forecasting
- Support the FP&A Director with reliable actuals
- Support the FP&A Director with variance analysis
- Support weekly and monthly business reviews
- Contribute to scalable reporting through Pigment
- Contribute to scalable forecasting through Pigment
- Drive improvements in financial data
- Drive improvements in financial dashboards
- Drive improvements in financial automation
- Drive improvements in AI-supported analytics
- Lead critical Finance projects
- Lead systems-focused strategic initiatives
- Lead other strategic Finance initiatives
