Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Process Management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Law, or related discipline
- At least 3 years of experience in project management, governance, legal operations, business operations, process improvement, or similar field within international environment
- Experience in corporate governance, entity management, legal operations, process optimization, or digital transformation is highly desirable
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional and cross-regional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate complex governance and regulatory requirements into practical business solutions
- Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, workflow, reporting, or automation tools is an advantage
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Fluent English language skills; German and additional European languages are a plus
- High integrity, ownership, attention to detail, and commitment to governance and compliance standards

- Coordinate and support regional Power of Attorney processes
- Coordinate and support regional Delegation of Authority processes
- Contribute to strategic transformation initiatives
- Contribute to governance harmonization initiatives
- Drive simplification, standardization, and operational excellence
- Analyze, optimize, and standardize governance-related processes
- Translate global frameworks into practical regional solutions
- Translate global frameworks into practical local solutions
- Drive implementation of governance-related tools
- Drive administration of governance-related tools
- Drive continuous improvement of governance-related tools
- Manage governance-related databases, workflows, and digital solutions
- Utilize automation and low-code technologies for governance
- Develop governance reporting and dashboards
- Develop project reporting and dashboards
- Develop litigation reporting and dashboards
- Develop corporate administration reporting and dashboards
- Maintain governance, project, litigation, and corporate administration KPI frameworks
- Support legal spend reporting activities
- Support budget oversight activities
- Track and analyze external counsel costs
- Coordinate the rollout of governance frameworks across EMEA
- Prepare templates for governance framework rollouts
- Prepare training materials for governance framework rollouts
- Prepare communications for governance framework rollouts
- Enable stakeholders for governance framework rollouts
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Tax, Compliance, and HR
- Collaborate with external advisers
