Anforderungen
- Commercial education required
- Minimum 5 years work experience in customer service
- Advanced SAP, MS Office, information systems knowledge
- Customer service or inside sales experience, attention to detail
- Good knowledge of chemical operations and products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, customer focus
- Team player, strong intercultural skills, cross-cultural/language ability
- Resilience under stress, ability to manage parallel tasks
- Very good English command, written and spoken; additional languages advantageous
Aufgaben
- Capture and execute customer sales orders accurately and on time
- Provide first-line support for customer inquiries
- Resolve customer queries promptly
- Enhance customer experience through service
- Collaborate with Sasol teams (M&S, Supply Chain, IPL, QM, Finance) to deliver value
- Achieve excellence in customer service
- Receive, capture, and execute sales orders, debit/credit, rebates, commission, and sample orders in SAP
- Ensure completeness of orders according to Sasol business processes and governance
- Monitor progress of open orders
- Check documents and resolve problems
- Inform customers and internal functions of norm deviations
- Communicate SAP order status to customers (confirmation, delivery, pricing, forecasts, solicitation, quality, dates)
- Investigate and resolve customer queries within set targets
- Execute consignment stock processes, including reconciliation and invoicing
- Issue pro forma invoices and customer quotations in coordination with M&S
- Follow up on payment reminders to customers with M&S, Finance, and SC
- Manage letters of credit in cooperation with respective functions
- Maintain SAP order processes (housekeeping)
