- 10+ years customs compliance experience in multinational industrial, manufacturing, or complex global environment
- Strong expertise in European customs regulations and practical knowledge of North American and Asian customs frameworks
- Proven experience managing European customs compliance and leading international customs or trade compliance teams
- In-depth knowledge of import/export processes, customs valuation, tariff classification, rules of origin, and global trade compliance
- Experience with customs reporting systems and ERP platforms like SAP
- Strong leadership, analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills

- Drive corrective and preventive actions for customs compliance
- Lead, develop, and mentor a global customs compliance team
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence within the team
- Drive duty optimization initiatives
- Drive trade facilitation initiatives
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on trade programs
