Anforderungen
- Hands-on experience in infrastructure/platform security
- Deep practical knowledge of Linux, virtualization, container platforms, networking, security properties
- Strong background in identity and access management
- Experience designing/enforcing security standards in heterogeneous landscape
- Working knowledge of LLM and agent systems operation and risks
- Ability to make risk-based decisions and explain technical risk
- Fluent English

Aufgaben
- Own security architecture for provider-side infrastructure
- Act as subject matter expert for internal AI platforms and agents
- Ensure AI platforms run in a secure, governed, auditable state
- Set security architecture standards for provider-side infrastructure
- Define hardening baselines for virtualization and container platforms
- Define hardening baselines for control planes and provisioning systems
- Define hardening baselines for DNS, mail infrastructure, and backup systems
- Assess and strengthen tenant isolation across hosting and container layers
- Drive remediation for tenant isolation with platform teams
- Review infrastructure designs for security impact
- Review major infrastructure changes for security impact
- Act as escalation point for infrastructure security questions
- Reduce blast radius for privileged access to customer-facing infrastructure
- Reduce blast radius for administrative segmentation
- Reduce blast radius for secrets handling
- Reduce blast radius for recovery integrity
- Develop per-brand implementation plans across heterogeneous platforms
- Support Cyber Defense with infrastructure expertise during incidents
- Support Vulnerability Management with infrastructure expertise during incidents
- Support IT Emergency Management with infrastructure expertise during incidents
- Provide post-incident hardening with infrastructure expertise
- Own security architecture for internal AI platforms
- Define baseline standards for internal AI platforms
- Define baseline standards for model gateways and self-hosted models
- Define baseline standards for agent frameworks
- Define baseline standards for assistant integrations, connectors, and retrieval pipelines
- Define and enforce agent identification, authentication, and authorization
- Manage non-human identity handling
- Manage credential and token management
- Enforce least-privilege tool and system access
- Define human-in-the-loop requirements for autonomous actions
- Establish data access and indexing rules for internal AI systems
- Ensure agent activity is logged, attributable, and reviewable
- Run pre-deployment security reviews for new internal AI platforms
- Run pre-deployment security reviews for new agent use cases
- Track emerging unsanctioned AI usage
- Advise on safe AI adoption
- Advise on defensible AI adoption guardrails
