Aufgaben
- Coordinate cross-functional and operational activities for the LDC Data & AI organization
- Support the execution of strategic group-wide AI initiatives
- Drive portfolio transparency for the LDC Data & AI portfolio
- Coordinate LDC demand intake and roadmap activities
- Ensure effective collaboration between stakeholders for successful delivery
- Enable translation of business and technical needs into AI solutions
- Enable translation of business and technical needs into reusable AI capabilities
- Coordinate LDC AI demand intake, roadmap planning, and operational reporting
- Manage selected AI initiatives and cross-functional projects
- Drive LDC contribution to AI initiatives across the Liebherr Group
- Drive AI capability development across the Liebherr Group
- Drive technology evaluation across the Liebherr Group
- Drive technical consulting across the Liebherr Group
- Drive the delivery of AI solutions across the Liebherr Group
- Align and resolve dependencies across projects, roadmaps, and stakeholders
- Understand business needs and technical requirements
- Understand cross-divisional synergies
- Support identification and shaping of future AI developments
- Drive transparency regarding ongoing initiatives, capabilities, and lessons learned
- Translate business and technical requirements into actionable delivery
- Coordinate fragmented AI demands
- Ensure effective allocation of LDC capabilities across initiatives
- Support preparation and coordination of strategic topics
- Support AI governance
- Support reference architectures
- Support group-wide AI foundations
- Continuously improve AI delivery processes
- Continuously improve portfolio governance
- Continuously improve the LDC Data & AI operating model
