- University degree (Master’s or PhD) in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Control Engineering, Cybernetics, Aerospace Engineering, Automotive Engineering/Vehicle Dynamics, or comparable discipline
- Several years of professional experience in developing highly dynamic and mechatronic systems
- Strong knowledge of control engineering and system dynamics
- Experience in experimental validation of dynamic systems, particularly modal analysis and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) methods
- Practical experience in commissioning, integration, and testing of dynamic systems
- Knowledge and experience in developing and applying damping and vibration reduction concepts
- Experience in preparing technical work instructions and integration concepts
- Understanding of complex system architectures and interdisciplinary development processes
- Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach
- Very good command of German and English, written and spoken

- Develop and design control and damping concepts
- Analyze, model, and optimize dynamic behavior
- Plan, conduct, and evaluate experimental validation
- Commission, integrate, and test damping systems
- Develop integration concepts, test strategies, and work instructions
- Collaborate with mechanical, software, electronics, and systems engineers
- Contribute to the technical design of system architecture
- Identify and implement optimization opportunities
- Support continuous improvement of development and integration methods
