Aufgaben
- Define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and specifications
- Manage relationships with key external vendors
- Manage the full lifecycle of computers, phones, printers, and industrial devices
- Ensure PC imaging/reimaging, driver management, and OS updates
- Design and configure network topology
- Manage ISP contracts, VPNs, NAC, and firewall configurations
- Monitor network performance and organize maintenance
- Oversee server hosting, hardware management, and OS updates
- Manage network storage solutions
- Implement and test backup and restore procedures
- Manage provisioning and maintenance of virtual desktops and VDI environments
- Serve as strategic backup for the Director of Digital Operations
- Contribute to IT/IS roadmap development and execution
- Monitor technology trends and perform benchmarking
- Oversee daily operations and team leadership
- Manage budget planning, financial management, and resource allocation
- Conduct risk analyses
- Manage IT contracts and vendors
- Oversee Helpdesk structure and incident management
- Define and track KPIs and SLAs
- Coordinate maintenance and optimization of applications
- Coordinate ERP system maintenance and optimization
- Coordinate software license management
- Ensure operational readiness of business continuity plans
- Ensure operational readiness of disaster recovery plans
- Mentor the team to foster professional growth
- Ensure continuity, security, and efficiency of the digital environment
