Aufgaben
- Plan, execute, and manage multi-stage digital B2B campaigns
- Derive national campaigns from global and local objectives
- Adapt global campaigns for the German market
- Develop local digital initiatives for products and solutions
- Implement campaigns across marketing automation, email, paid social, and SEA
- Utilize Eloqua, CRM, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Develop target audiences and customer journeys
- Create lead-nurturing campaigns and content approaches
- Coordinate lead capture and support lead management
- Analyze campaign KPIs and performance data
- Derive concrete optimization measures from data
- Advise departments on digital marketing approaches
- Collaborate with national and global Marketing, Platform, Data, and IT functions
- Manage external agencies and service providers
- Oversee budgets, timelines, and quality for campaigns
- Continuously develop digital marketing processes and best practices
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and data protection
