- Entrepreneurial, collaborative, patient-focused, and compliance-driven
- Fluent German and English
Aufgaben
- Own the digital roadmap for Frankfurt and Orel
- Identify and deliver digital value creation opportunities
- Drive digital adoption and culture change
- Represent site interests in global governance forums
- Ensure performance, availability, and reliability of digital systems
- Oversee infrastructure, cybersecurity, and GxP compliance
- Define and monitor KPIs for digital performance
- Coordinate with global teams on deployments and issue resolution
- Act as primary digital interface between sites and global digital organization
- Co-develop and scale innovative solutions with global teams
- Communicate digital strategy and progress clearly to all levels
- Lead and develop the site digital team
- Manage vendor relationships
- Build digital capabilities across the broader site organization
