Anforderungen
- University degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Informatics, Business Admin, or comparable
- Several years of experience in digital project management, business transformation, or process improvement
- Proven track record managing digitalization and transformation projects
- Experience within Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain, or EPC project execution
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies
- Experience with SAP, data analytics, workflow automation, or digital platforms
- Ability to translate business requirements into digital projects and solutions
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills
- Experience in digital operating models, product organizations, or large-scale transformations desirable
- Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum) advantageous
- Business-fluent English
- Proactive, structured, solution-oriented mindset with passion for digital innovation
Aufgaben
- Lead digital transformation initiatives from concept to value realization
- Act as interface between stakeholders, Digital Operations, IT, and partners
- Translate requirements into project plans, use cases, and roadmaps
- Support implementation and improvement of the Digital Operations Operating Model
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and drive collaboration
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risks
- Drive demand intake, business case development, and prioritization
- Establish governance and reporting structures
- Ensure alignment of local initiatives with global standards and principles
- Drive user adoption and organizational change
- Define and monitor KPIs for success and value
- Support harmonization of processes, tools, and data models
- Contribute to continuous process improvement
