Aufgaben
- Provide overall leadership and management of the CBID Division
- Lead, develop, and inspire a globally distributed team
- Manage divisional resources, people, budgets, and performance
- Position CBM in key global, regional, and national processes and alliances
- Develop and implement the global CBID strategy and implementation framework
- Monitor emerging sector trends and position CBM as a thought leader
- Grow CBID within CBM as a core pillar of CBM’s strategy
- Ensure attractiveness of CBM’s CBID work for donors
- Develop and maintain technical standards, guidance, and tools for CBID programming
- Provide guidance to the ICSC team and the advocacy team lead
- Directly manage advisors for Inclusive Livelihood and Inclusive Education
- Bring clear approaches in respective technical areas into place
- Provide strategic oversight of programme quality
- Contribute to resource mobilisation strategies and donor engagement
- Support development of high-quality funding proposals
