Aufgaben
- Take end-to-end accountability for a large, distributed engineering organization
- Own ambulatory SaaS solutions and shared framework modules
- Co-define and drive the strategic product-technology roadmap for the cloud-based ambulatory portfolio
- Collaborate closely with the executive leadership team
- Ensure healthcare regulatory requirements are embedded into product development, delivery, and operations
- Lead senior leaders and cross-functional teams
- Continuously increase scalability, quality, AI maturity, and innovation velocity
- Represent the domain internally and externally
- Build strong executive-level stakeholder relationships
- Position CGM as a leading SaaS provider in the Health-IT market
