- Lead strategic and operational procurement
- Develop and execute procurement strategies using modern methods and digital tools
- Develop, implement, and improve procurement strategies aligned with business objectives
- Translate project pipeline into procurement plans, sourcing priorities, market approaches, and resource requirements
- Lead major tenders, commercial evaluations, negotiations, and contract awards
- Ensure procurement support across the project lifecycle
- Develop and maintain a competitive supplier network
- Build strategic supplier relationships
- Monitor supply markets, pricing trends, supplier capacities, and risks
- Turn market intelligence into sourcing and mitigation decisions
- Monitor procurement performance
- Modernize procurement processes, standards, systems, data quality, and reporting
- Lead, coach, and develop the procurement team
- Set clear priorities for the team
- Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and high performance
