- Experience with Power BI or comparable analytics platforms is an advantage
- Strong project-management and collaboration skills
- Confidence to align, influence, and challenge stakeholders
- Creative, curious, and solutions-oriented mindset
- High degree of accuracy and independence
- Fluent English and excellent communication skills
- German language skills are an advantage

- Lead development and governance of global market models
- Establish a single source of truth for market data
- Drive compliant use of market data across markets and business areas
- Establish market definitions and segmentation logic
- Establish analytical methodologies in alignment with senior stakeholders
- Develop and improve data and forecasting models
- Assess market developments and competitive dynamics
- Process and transform large datasets
- Perform data cleansing, harmonization, and classification using Python, PySpark, or comparable technologies
- Establish data quality controls, documentation, and governance processes
- Critically assess data source coverage, methodology, and limitations
- Provide an external market perspective to support CEO country visits
- Provide an external market perspective to support budget and planning processes
- Provide an external market perspective to support the Annual Report
- Provide an external market perspective for other senior-management discussions
- Support stakeholders in understanding business performance, market dynamics, and competitive developments
- Support strategic initiatives with evidence-based analyses
- Support management requests with evidence-based analyses
- Develop concise, evidence-based scenarios
- Develop executive-ready presentations
- Combine market data and business perspectives with Finance, Commercial Excellence, Portfolio Management, ESG/Communications, and other functions
- Foster a shared understanding of performance, market dynamics, and strategic opportunities
