Aufgaben
- Lead end-to-end supply chain planning, production, and inbound operations
- Lead supply chain systems and business processes
- Connect Demand, Supply, Product, Merchandising, Operations, and Finance
- Build scalable, data-driven processes for profitable growth
- Drive continuous improvement in planning and supplier management
- Drive continuous improvement in systems and automation
- Drive continuous improvement in compliance and S&OP
- Shape and execute supply chain strategy
- Own short and long-term capacity and production planning
- Monitor production capacities and identify risks
- Partner with Product, Merchandising, and Finance on supply planning
- Build new planning and forecasting tools
- Own all master data processes
- Own the end-to-end SKU creation process
- Oversee end-to-end order management
- Manage factory outbound planning
- Coordinate warehouse inbound logistics
- Own communication and capacity alignment with factories
- Streamline production calendars, lead times, and MOQs
- Continuously evaluate supplier performance
- Oversee QC and claims process towards factories
- Oversee on-time delivery throughout all channels
- Continuously optimize inbound logistics and warehouse processes
- Own and lead Aeyde's Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process
- Align demand, supply, inventory, and production planning
- Establish clear reporting and decision-making structures
- Continuously improve operational systems and supply chain tools
- Drive process excellence through documentation and governance
- Build scalable workflows to improve collaboration
- Identify automation opportunities and implement process improvements
- Oversee all sustainability-related operational topics
- Further develop Aeyde's sustainability strategy
- Establish scalable processes for regulatory compliance
