- Prepare courier schedules and routes
- Coordinate courier work distribution for efficiency
- Monitor daily delivery cycle and update systems
- Support couriers and resolve issues
- Contact customers for information or advice
- Report issues and compile productivity reports
- Brief and debrief local transport partners
- Hand over, receive, and check shipment documentation
- Manage the dispatch hall
- Act as liaison between carriers and departments
- Record proof of delivery data
- Process pickup orders, considering special cases
- Process and manage cash-on-delivery payments
