- Enter actual times into duty schedules and databases
- Prepare and distribute wagon lists based on project needs
- Provide and distribute timetables and FPLO documents
- Place timetable orders in ad-hoc operations
- Maintain and update train movement overviews
- Update project-related databases for ongoing projects
- Plan and monitor accommodation requirements in ad-hoc operations
- Ensure implementation of emergency management
- Implement requirements from company management systems
