Anforderungen
- MSc., BSc., or diploma in Engineering, Accounting, or Business Administration
- Additional degree in Construction Management as a plus
- Significant project control experience
- Demonstrated estimating, cost management, forecasting, and progress measurement experience
- Significant contract and risk management experience
- Experience and strong analytical skills for cost estimating, cash flow, forecasting, change order, and value analysis
- Rigorous and analytical with enhanced problem-solving skills
- Effective collaboration with peers, stakeholders, and partners
- Initiating new and improved ways of working
- Developing teams for future project needs
- Fluency in German
- Fluency in English (project language)

Aufgaben
- Deliver the End to End (E2E) IFF Frankfurt Project including schedule with resource loading
- Implement Earned Value Measurement tracking tools, float analysis, and early/late progress curves
- Lead accurate cost forecasting for the IFF Frankfurt project, End to End
- Support project change management, including engineering and construction changes
- Support the IFF Project Control team for risk assessment and contingency allowances
- Manage the risk register
- Support timely preparation of weekly and monthly status reports
- Support Steering committee preparation
