Aufgaben
- Provide leadership and oversight for EHS in Germany
- Provide EHS support to regional field organizations
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and ISO requirements
- Drive continuous improvement in EHS performance and culture
- Partner with site leadership to integrate EHS into business
- Act as primary contact for regulatory authorities
- Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs and policies
- Ensure compliance with German safety regulations
- Act as Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit, Fire Protection Officer, and Waste Manager
- Lead risk assessments and hazard identification
- Implement appropriate control measures
- Support development of safety analyses and operating procedures
- Drive proactive safety culture through reporting and investigation
- Deliver EHS training programs
- Build EHS capability across employees and leadership
- Manage and improve environmental and safety management systems
- Ensure compliant waste management processes
- Prepare and report EHS KPIs
- Conduct internal EHS audits
- Support external inspections and regulatory audits
- Collaborate with works councils and health providers
- Collaborate with regulatory authorities and professional associations
- Work closely with safety representatives and fire wardens
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders
- Establish emergency preparedness and business continuity measures
- Provide expert guidance on EHS risks and compliance
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Build strong relationships with external agencies
