Anforderungen
- Completed technical apprenticeship (e.g., industrial mechanic, tool mechanic) or comparable qualification
- Experience operating and setting up production machinery, ideally in automated series production
- Good technical understanding and knowledge of pneumatics and sensors (advantageous)
- High quality awareness and understanding of productivity, delivery reliability, and continuous improvement
- Safe and responsible handling of production machinery and testing equipment
- Independent, solution-oriented work style and strong initiative
- Ability to systematically analyze errors and communicate them clearly
- Resilience and flexibility in dynamic production environment and multi-machine operation
- Good German language skills (spoken and written)
- User knowledge of MS Office and ideally experience with SAP and MES systems (e.g., Hydra)
Aufgaben
- Independently produce connectors according to production orders on assigned machines
- Ensure smooth production flow, adhering to quality, safety, and productivity targets
- Set up, configure, and operate production equipment according to defined standards
- Perform and document quality checks as part of self-inspections
- Independently analyze, resolve, and document malfunctions
- Perform maintenance and repair work
- Continuously optimize production processes and equipment for quality and efficiency
- Participate in Lean, TPM, 5S, and KVP initiatives
- Order materials and ensure material availability for production orders
- Prepare for and participate in daily shop floor management meetings
- Support relocation projects and equipment commissioning
- Train and provide technical support to new employees in the production area
