Anforderungen
- Completed vocational training as Automation Technician, Electronics Technician for Devices and Systems, Industrial Electrician, or comparable technical qualification
- Solid practical knowledge of electrical engineering, automation technology, and measurement, control, and instrumentation systems
- Experience in practical implementation of electrical and automation solutions
- Ability to interpret electrical schematics, technical documentation, and functional specifications
- Basic knowledge of mechanics and pneumatics
- Practical experience with PLCs, drive systems, sensors, actuators, and interface technologies
- Experience in machine and production equipment assembly, commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, departments, suppliers, and external service providers
- Knowledge of technical documentation, electrical engineering standards, and quality-regulated manufacturing environments is an advantage
- Structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented working approach
- Strong hands-on implementation skills
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Initiative and strong sense of responsibility
- Very good German language skills, written and spoken
- Good English language skills
Aufgaben
- Assemble, wire, and commission new machinery and automation solutions
- Contribute to electrical and control engineering development
- Provide practical implementation and technical feedback
- Suggest continuous improvements for automation solutions
- Program, parameterize, and modify PLCs and drive systems
- Implement and modify sensors, actuators, and control technologies
- Test, troubleshoot, and optimize functions and assemblies
- Install, connect, and configure electrical components and interfaces
- Integrate mechanical, electrical, and control systems
- Test and evaluate suitable components
- Support component selection, procurement, and standardization
- Implement proven prototypes into production solutions
- Document production solutions for manufacturing
- Support the rollout of prototypes to manufacturing equipment
- Create and maintain electrical schematics and bills of materials
- Generate test reports and technical work instructions
- Troubleshoot, enhance, and maintain electrical and automation systems in a cleanroom
- Inspect electrical equipment and installations for proper condition
- Implement electrical safety standards and protective measures
