- Assign tasks to team members based on strengths and experience
- Develop detailed project plans to track progress
- Utilize project management tools to manage timelines and deliverables
- Track project and program progress
- Maintain project documentation and prepare comprehensive reports
- Conduct status meetings and update stakeholders on progress
- Execute project plans and ensure accurate, efficient task completion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve project issues
- Implement best practices and process improvements for project execution
