Aufgaben
- Implement a sustainability program across the client's portfolio
- Achieve client's sustainability goals with the account team
- Ensure JLL's sustainability performance meets its commitments
- Collect best practices in energy, waste, and water management
- Apply best practices in daily practices
- Collect and manage utility data for performance baselines
- Oversee tracking of utility usage, carbon emissions, and cost data
- Conduct data analytics to identify operational improvement opportunities
- Identify and resolve data quality issues
- Implement corrective actions for data capture efficiency
- Produce monthly reports on utility use and waste data
- Develop a pipeline of energy and water projects
- Contribute to cost reduction and savings targets
- Coordinate sustainability action plan activities with teams, suppliers, and vendors
- Serve as the primary point of contact for site sustainability champions
- Drive the champion program for Germany
- Provide expert advice to facility managers on energy and environmental sustainability
- Support compliance with JLL's energy and sustainability operating procedures
- Assist with ISO 50001 annual audits
- Assist with F-gas reporting
- Assist with waste data assurance audits
- Ensure adherence to certified ISO 50001 processes
- Support the JLL Sustainable Operations platform in EMEA
- Present best practices to regional professionals
- Contribute to playbook and tool reviews
