- Drive strategic initiatives, transformations, and account roadmaps
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and stakeholder alignment
- Drive account performance and client satisfaction
- Lead strategic governance forums
- Manage key account risks, issues, and dependencies
- Ensure effective cross-functional coordination and escalation
- Own account-level P&L, profitability, and commercial performance
- Oversee business case delivery
- Support contract negotiations and account growth opportunities
- Support the transition of new engagements
- Lead and develop the Engagement Operations team
- Align internal teams and resources around account strategy and execution
