Anforderungen
- 5+ years experience as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Engineering Manager
- Proven track record managing distributed teams across time zones, ideally including Asia-Pacific
- Solid technical literacy: understanding of modern web architectures, CI/CD
- Scrum certification (CSM or PSM I/II or similar)
- Confident using Jira and modern async collaboration tooling (e.g. Notion/Confluence, Slack/Teams, Miro)
- Native or near-native German skills
- Very good English skills
- Experience in fintech, insurtech or enterprise SaaS (strong plus)
- Servant leader mindset, high ownership, low ego, curious about AI and automation, eager to build culture

- Create clarity and keep delivery flowing for the core engineering team
- Help senior engineers do their best work
- Combine facilitation, coaching, and decision-making
- Shape how the fintech platform is built
- Co-design ways of working
- Co-design the AI-first toolstack
- Co-design the entire engineering organization
- Own and improve all Scrum events
- Act as a bridge between Product Owner, engineering, and leadership
- Turn product vision into executable roadmaps
- Lead and coach a hybrid team of senior engineers
- Lead and coach a flexible SEA developer pool
- Design async workflows with Southeast Asia partners
- Design handover routines with Southeast Asia partners
- Design working agreements with Southeast Asia partners
- Track engineering KPIs and delivery health
- Communicate engineering KPIs and delivery health
- Make issues visible early
- Propose options for issues
- Support career development through regular feedback
- Support career development through 1:1s
- Support career development through growth paths for engineers
- Champion AI-first ways of working
- Experiment with new productivity boosters
- Facilitate effective hybrid collaboration
- Run everyday communication in German
- Switch to English for SEA coordination when needed
