- AI & Data project solutioning, design, delivery
- High-value consulting, large-scale delivery with minimal oversight, lead workstreams, meet deadlines or relevant industry/functional experience
- Senior stakeholder management experience
- Engineering problem-solver mindset, creative technology application to business problems
- Strong program management, verbal and written communication skills
- Driven and entrepreneurial, originate/shape new deals, lead go-to-market activities

- Shape AI and data operating models and platform strategy
- Embed Responsible AI principles
- Lead tech-driven transformations
- Translate complex data into actionable insights
- Engage senior client stakeholders
- Lead workstreams and large-scale delivery
- Tie AI initiatives to measurable business outcomes
- Shape vision and create opportunities for data & AI led business reinvention
- Define and structure data and AI strategy to build and optimize data assets and AI technologies
- Assess maturity of an organization's AI and data foundation
- Define building blocks for an AI-first organization
- Create the business case, investment profile, and roadmap
- Infuse Responsible AI in vision and roadmap
- Develop plan for leveraging ecosystem partners
- Define operating model to foster innovation and experimentation
- Identify people, processes, and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions
- Create strategy for AI-first products
- Develop commercialization opportunities
