Anforderungen
- Digital native with bachelor's or master's degree in online communications
- 1-2 years initial professional experience in digital communications and/or journalistic work
- Competent German (native/C2) and English language and writing skills
- Structured working and high attention to detail

- Leverage insights, creators, and communities for business growth
- Develop and shape P&G Germany's digital communications platforms and channels
- Work with internal and external partners in multifunctional teams
- Give messages impact in the digital space
- Ensure successful storytelling through texts, images, and videos
- Implement communications across live, online, social, and print channels
- Engage with the communications team and external agencies
- Record podcasts, shoot videos, and create newsletters
- Monitor all digital channels
- Craft reports on digital channel performance
- Conduct real-time analytics
- Optimize digital metrics
