- Provide clear and practical advice across the group
- Assess and derive human rights due diligence measures
- Handle LkSG-related investigations

- Support annual compliance risk assessment
- Conduct compliance reviews of ESG statements
- Contribute to design and implementation of ESG controls
- Maintain dialogue with group entities and business areas
- Monitor and interpret emerging regulations
- Perform impact assessments on new regulations
- Support consultations on upcoming regulatory frameworks
