- Master’s degree in business, engineering, natural sciences, medicine, or related field
- Significant professional experience in strategy, business development, executive office, consulting, program management, or comparable leadership-facing role

- Provide data-driven recommendations for executive decisions
- Identify emerging risks, opportunities, and strategic priorities
- Initiate and lead cross-functional projects from concept to implementation
- Ensure sustainable anchoring of project ownership within the organization
- Orchestrate the OPT Leadership Team operating model
- Set agendas for leadership meetings
- Prepare for leadership decisions
- Track leadership action items
- Facilitate leadership offsites
- Partner with leaders to identify business challenges and trends
- Collaborate on high-impact initiatives across functions and regions
- Ensure alignment and transparency in strategic priority execution
- Coordinate key business governance processes
- Manage Business Reviews and M1 reviews
- Support strategy cycles and executive reporting
- Oversee performance management routines
- Facilitate alignment and decision-making across senior leadership
- Drive operational excellence through effective management cadences
- Ensure disciplined follow-up and performance transparency
- Build and maintain a strong organizational network
- Identify issues early and remove barriers
- Serve as an extension of the Head of OPT
- Prepare executive briefings and decision materials
- Develop keynote content
- Prepare customer visit briefings
- Create other leadership communications
