- Build formats to lower infrastructure, inference, data, and evaluation barriers
- Build formats to spark innovation around frontier models and platforms
- Drive hub collaboration by aligning technical leads
- Lead flagship projects to catalyze cross-border cooperation
- Define approaches to frontier model development with partners and founders
- Create sandboxes, APIs, and formats for builders
- Design education and support formats to help teams scale models, data, and compute
- Analyze compute, data, model architectures, training approaches, and evaluation resources
- Close gaps in the AI landscape
- Coordinate fair compute access across STACKIT, ALPS, KI Service-Centers, and cloud providers
- Manage shared training-data access
- Develop sector-specific benchmarks
- Scale evaluation know-how across the network
