Aufgaben
- Define initial budget allocations by country, month, and channel
- Support annual target setting
- Manage budgets operationally
- Continuously monitor budget utilization against KPI targets
- Lead and moderate budget approval meetings with international teams and budget owners
- Create and assure quality of group-wide financial forecasts
- Collaborate with Controlling and Finance teams on financial forecasts
- Steer budget shifts and re-allocations to achieve target KPIs
- Prepare management-level presentations
