Anforderungen
- University degree in International Business, Psychology, HR or related field
- Mid-term HR work experience
- HR Business Partner role or business consulting background
- Track record in HR development initiatives and projects
- International and/or cross-cultural working experience
- Excellent interpersonal, consultation, and communication skills
- Business curiosity and outward-facing mind-set
- Interest in understanding and anticipating business demands
- Enthusiastic, optimistic, and reliable character
- Strong ability to build sustainable relationships
- Fluency in English
- German language skills (plus)
Aufgaben
- Design and implement global people development programs, projects, and initiatives
- Partner with managers and HR to understand business requirements
- Deliver measurable value through the HR People Strategy & Governance portfolio
- Manage special strategic HR projects and initiatives assigned by the head of HR
- Ensure timely and successful execution of HR projects and initiatives
- Collaborate with internal regional/local teams, countries, and cultures
- Deliver key strategic global guidelines and concepts
- Work with external partners and vendors to implement and support the HR PSG development portfolio
- Deliver executive-level presentations, reports, and materials
- Support the head of HR and other HR leaders in communicating with stakeholders
- Monitor the effectiveness of development programs and contract agreements
- Provide continuous reports to relevant stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging issues related to the PSG portfolio
- Incorporate industry trends and best practices into the strategy
