Anforderungen
- 5+ years of technical SEO experience
- Experience managing SEO for large, multi-country, multi-language websites
- Developing and executing technical SEO and content strategies
- In-house SEO experience in large, matrixed organization
- Collaboration with product, engineering, and content teams
- Degree in marketing, communications, business, computer science, or related field (formal degree not always required)
- Understanding of technical SEO concepts (site audits, indexing, page speed, basic HTML/CSS)
- Native German speaker
- Proficiency with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog)
Aufgaben
- Provide SEO solution expertise for project milestones and tasks
- Collaborate with product owners and editorial teams on SEO strategy and execution
- Act as internal consultant for SEO inquiries
- Champion SEO best practices
- Drive qualified organic traffic to increase online revenue
- Define SEO strategy requirements, tasks, and resources
- Monitor search engine algorithm updates and best practices
- Recommend content development aligned with SEO goals
- Recommend and execute technical SEO strategies
- Continue and develop ongoing technical SEO projects
- Initiate cross-team projects for SEO best practice implementation
- Monitor and evaluate web analytics dashboards
- Monitor and evaluate search results and performance
- Analyze competitor SEO strategies
- Develop and manage international SEO strategy and country-specific optimizations
- Create and present SEO performance reports to stakeholders
