- Perform port registrations for Frankfurt ZAPP (HDS, GM01, ASUMA-WKS)
- Perform port registrations for western ports (PORTBASE, BHT, WHT, APCS)
- Prepare preferential trade documents (T2L/F, ATR, EUR.1, and similar)
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding customs matters
- Provide a service-oriented approach to customers
- Cooperate with customs authorities and submit documentation
- Coordinate with operational departments on import and export processes
- Collaborate with authorities and departments on customs irregularities
- Coordinate clearly with customs authorities and internal departments
- Document all relevant customs clearance activities and transactions
- Communicate in German and English within international supply chains
- Independently prepare and review customs declarations
- Handle and resolve irregularities in customs procedures
- Accurately determine and document customs duties and import levies
- Apply in-depth knowledge of customs law and procedures
- Work independently, prioritize tasks, and organize workload
- Interact confidently with customers, authorities, and stakeholders
