Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, industrial management, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience leading manufacturing or industrialization projects
- Experience with quality systems and compliance in regulated sector
- Practical knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and structured project management
- Experience coordinating global, cross-functional teams
- Understanding of production processes, equipment, robotics, and NPI
- Ability to influence without authority and drive actions
- Business-level German and fluent English, spoken and written
- Ability to deliver NPI, quality, and production-readiness milestones
- Effective collaboration across factory and operational functions
Aufgaben
- Plan, manage, and execute production and industrialization projects
- Manage project schedules, resources, costs, and risks
- Coordinate between PIE, Production Process Engineering, and shop floor
- Coordinate with Facility Management, material supply, and logistics
- Coordinate with Production Management and operator resource management
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and QMS processes
- Create, maintain, and secure approval of production-side documentation
- Manage internal and external project partners
- Coordinate with Calibration, Maintenance, and Technical Support teams
- Lead and coordinate international projects across multiple HPM locations
- Translate strategic industrialization objectives into operational execution
- Ensure timely introduction of new products in an international environment
- Coordinate production-line setups, machinery, and system implementations
- Coordinate cross-site initiatives to achieve NPI milestones
