Anforderungen
- University or technical college studies in biotechnology, electrical engineering, or technical training as a mechatronics technician, electronics technician, or technician's degree
- Application experience with bioprocess
- Profound knowledge of bioprocess engineering or process engineering
- Very good knowledge of Eppendorf bioprocess device
- Very good English skills and solid German skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours and willingness to travel (max. 70%, overnight, within EMEA-region)
- IT knowledge of hardware and software, operating systems, and network knowledge
- Profound user of MS Office, MS Teams, MS Dynamics
- Registered residence in Germany required at start of employment
Aufgaben
- Work within a global team with territorial responsibility
- Maintain and develop relationships with pharmaceutical, biotech, and academic customers
- Achieve strategic and operational goals for the bioprocess business in EMEA
- Enhance customer satisfaction and brand image by providing premium service support
- Identify future customer requirements and communicate product improvements
- Perform maintenance, repairs, installation, and training on bioprocess devices
- Execute service calls for installation, maintenance, repairs, and modifications
- Conduct infield and remote application training for products
- Process technical customer inquiries via email, telephone, and CRM system
- Support sales colleagues with application and technical issues
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues
