Anforderungen
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or comparable field
- Professional experience in Controlling and good understanding of Finance processes
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Power BI
- Experience with SAP FI/CO and/or SAP S/4HANA
- Knowledge of Power Query and DAX
- Initial experience with Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, or comparable AI and automation solutions
- Strong interest in artificial intelligence, data analytics, and digitalization
- Ideally, knowledge of Snowflake
- Strong initiative, creativity, and continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to identify optimization opportunities and independently develop concrete solutions
- Enjoyment of rethinking data, technology, and Controlling
- Ability to visualize and communicate complex topics understandably
- Structured, analytical, and independent way of working
- Willingness to critically challenge existing processes and explore new approaches
- High level of openness to innovation and continuous improvement
- Knowledge of GitHub
- Experience with Python
- Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and/or Azure
- Initial experience with Machine Learning
- Good knowledge of SQL
Aufgaben
- Combine Controlling, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and digitalization
- Develop data-driven solutions
- Optimize existing Finance processes
- Leverage new technologies like AI, automation, and Microsoft Copilot
- Work closely with Local Division Controllers and stakeholders
- Actively develop existing structures
- Drive new solutions forward
- Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports, and KPI systems
- Build and optimize data models and self-service reporting solutions
- Prepare complex data for management decisions
- Further develop reporting and Controlling setup
- Support Local Division Controllers with forecasts, budgeting, and variance analyses
- Analyze and further develop production controlling and monthly reporting
- Analyze and combine large data volumes from SAP, Salesforce, and other systems
- Identify cost drivers, trends, and optimization opportunities
- Develop data-driven analyses and approaches for predictive analytics
- Ensure and continuously improve data quality
- Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities
- Implement AI using Microsoft Copilot, AI agents, and Power Automate
- Apply prompt engineering to develop AI-based solutions
- Digitalize and optimize Finance and Controlling processes
- Contribute to developing SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Fabric, and Power Platform
- Challenge existing processes, structures, and reporting solutions
- Develop and implement your own ideas and improvement proposals
- Analyze the existing Controlling setup and derive change measures
- Develop creative and efficient solutions for dashboards, visualizations, processes, and reporting
