Anforderungen
- 2-4 years financial accounting, control, or regulatory reporting in regulated financial services
- Solid grounding in German GAAP (HGB)
- Working knowledge of German regulatory reporting or rapid acquisition ability
- Fluent German (C1+ written and spoken)
- Professional working English
- Understanding of internal control principles and documented control frameworks
- Familiarity with MiCA, PSD2, or CRR reporting obligations
- Familiarity with FinaRisikoV / Bundesbank reporting portals
- Exposure to digital assets, crypto-asset markets, or blockchain-adjacent financial processes
- New-product governance experience
- Workday (General Ledger) and/or FloQast (financial close)
- Part-qualified or working towards WP, StB, ACCA, or equivalent
Aufgaben
- Prepare and submit German regulatory returns on time
- Prepare monthly HGB financial statements
- Process HGB-layer adjustments
- Reconcile HGB to IFRS for Group reporting
- Perform period-end accruals
- Perform balance-sheet reconciliations
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Draft and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and accounting manual
- Prepare four-eyes working papers
- Operate day-to-day controls and sample-testing protocols
- Support daily reconciliation of customer and corporate assets
- Maintain audit evidence for asset segregation
- Contribute to the Group reconciliation-automation programme
- Support the annual HGB statutory audit
- Respond to ad-hoc BaFin/Bundesbank information requests
- Process local invoices and accounts payable
- Assist BRSR Function and Financial Control team during audits, peak periods, or absence
